To Barbara's Family and Friends I met and worked with Barbara when she transferred to DDD-NYC from Albany. It didn't take long for me to realize that Albany's loss was NYC's gain. She was smart, funny, congenial and a compassionate and skilled Disability Analyst. She had more than her share of Life's Misfortunates , but met every one with courage , grace, humor and dignity. She will always be remembered fondly by her co-workers , friends and colleagues here in NYC. May knowing how much she was respected and appreciated bring some solace to You, her dear Family. My sincere condolences to You and may Gods' Blessings soften your sorrow and pain.

To Family of Barbara I worked with Barbara at OTDA/DDD office in Manhattan, when she first started with our office. She was such a nice and pleasant person. No words can be said to remove the pain you are feeling right now. May God bring you comfort and peace during your mourning period and throughout the days to come... Toni Manigault-Grant

Barbara's husband George was a dear friend and co-worker for 30 years. I have many wonderful memories of both of them. I kept in touch with Barbara after George passed and we were together just 4 years ago. My solice is that they are together once again in Heaven. Barbara was a sweetheart who deeply loved her husband and cared for him through his tragic illness. She adored her children and grandchildren. My heart goes out to Stephen, Philip, Elizabeth and their families!
