Florence R. Zimmer

Berne- A week after her 103rd birthday, Florence Remley Zimmer passed quietly surrounded by her loving family on July 12, 2015. Florence was predeceased by her husband Howard R. Zimmer in 1994 and her grandson, David Carman in 2011. She is survived by her son Howard (Kristine) and daughters Patricia Carman (George) and Sandra Fuller. The joy of her life were her 8 grandchildren and her 14 great grandchildren. Florence and Howard enjoyed many car and bus trips visiting many areas of the country. Florence had many friends in the Hilltowns; including her church, senior citizens and hooking and quilting groups. The family wishes to thank the doctors, nurses and staff of the Atria of Guilderland and St. Peter's Hospital and the Hospice Inn for their loving care. Services are private. Interment in the Gallupville Cemetery, Gallupville, NY.
