Ida Mae was my mother,Norma's first cousin, and one of my favorite people in the world!! Her way with all animals was unique, she was the kind of independent woman I wanted to be. I loved her dearly, and will miss her deeply.

Ida Mae could be a hard ass sometimes but she always took care of animals. She found my cat one year when some kids put her in a cistern near the school in Berne and she took my kitty home and took care of her until I put up missing posters and she called to tell me she found my cat and saved her. She wouldnt take any reward even though I felt that she deserved it...Kind and Caring..Always loved the animals...She will me missed

So many memories I have of you as my bus driver but it wasn't until I graduated that I saw the incredible lady that you really were. I will miss your smiling face around town. RIP Ida
