My deepest sympathy to Mike's wife Michele, and Mike's family. I know Mike loved and cared deeply for his family. I knew his children, Michael and Jamie, when they were little darling children growing up in Sheepshead Bay, Brooklyn. Mike was a good friend of my husband, Paul, and I. We all were young together hanging in Coney Island, and stayed friends till the end. Mike and Paul had lots in common and plenty to talk about. Friends forever in heaven. I will dearly miss hearing from Mike up in the mountains........... I know Mike loved living in the mountains with Michele, but a song quote comes to mind when I think of Mike - from Dire Straits. " These mist covered mountains are home now to me, but my home is the lowlands, and always will be......." Will always remember with love my good friend, Mike...... I'll miss him dearly. RIP Mike
