Myron Howard Filkins

East Berne- Myron H. Filkins, 85, died on Tuesday April 28, 2009 at the Fireman's Home in Hudson, NY. He was born on December 4, 1923 in East Berne to the late Leroy and Edna Filkins. He is survived by two daughters, Connie and Donna Filkins; a son David Filkins; four grandchildren Judson, David Jr., Megahan, and Preston; two great grand children David and Daisy; three brothers Warren, Thomas, and Donald as well as a sister Florence. Myron is predeceased by his wife of over fifty years Violet. A memorial service will be held at 4 pm on Saturday May 2, 2009 at the Fredendall Funeral Home, Altamont.
