Paula M. Britton

Rensselaerville- Paula M. Britton, 64, passed away peacefully in her sleep on October 28, 2014 at her home. She was born on April 21, 1950 in Cobleskill, NY. She was the daughter of the late Clyde E. and Kathryn Sisson, Sr.; she was also predeceased by her brother Clyde E. Sisson Jr., and her beloved husband Randall S. Britton, Sr. Paula is survived by her sons Randall (Penny) Britton and Todd (Mary) Britton; daughters Tamatha (Patrick) Keppler and Samantha (Abdul) Britton; she had seven grandchildren Meghan, Patrick, Ryan, Matthew, Danielle, Monique and Kathryn; her sisters Ida Pratt and Lillian (Roger) Chrysler and sister-in-law Christine Sisson; numerous nieces and nephews; and her loving cousin and traveling companion Bill Kniskern. Paula retired in 2012 from New York State Department of Retirement. She loved to spend her spare time with her family and friends. Calling hours will be held on Friday, October 31, 2014 from 3-7PM at Fredendall Funeral Home, 199 Main Street, Altamont. A funeral service will be held on Saturday, November 1, 2014 at 11AM at South Berne Congregational Christian Church, with Interment to follow at the South Berne Cemetery.
