ALTAMONT- Brenda Jean Fredrickson, 66, passed away peacefully surrounded by her family at home on October 10, 2012. She was born on July 30, 1946 in South Weymouth, Massachusetts to the late Clyde and Vivian Darling. She was predeceased by her loving daughter, Stacy. Brenda loved being part of the Altamont community for the past 35 years. She was a member of the Altamont Reformed Church Choir and participated in many Altamont events. She is survived by her two brothers, Craig (Mary) Darling, of Rhode Island and Mike (Barbara) Darling of Massachusetts. She is also survived by her two sons, Scott (Tianna) Miller of Virgina, Troy (Linda) Miller of Altamont and their father Kimball (Mary) Miller of Pulaski. She is the loving grandmother of Kyleigh, Jordan, Cameron, Courtney, Madison, Christian, Sadie and Cameron Fowler. A special thanks to community hospice for their support. Family and friends are invited to a memorial service celebrating Brenda’s life at Altamont Reformed Church on Saturday October 13th at 1PM. A private internment will take place prior to the memorial service. In lieu of flowers please make donations in memory of Brenda to the Ovarian Cancer Research Fund (OCRF.org).
