Elnora Cole Mulford

Windham- Elnora Cole Mulford, 97, passed away September 30, 2013. Born on October 21, 1915 in Windham, she was the daughter of the late Grover and Leone Jessie (Cole) Maben. Elnora enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren; she also enjoyed crocheting, sewing, gardens and her flowers. She is survived by her children George (Renee) Mulford of Windham, Gordon (Judy) Mulford of Windham, Linda Shipes of North Carolina and her son- in-law LaGrand Buel of Gilboa; her grandchildren David Mulford of Louisiana, Roger Mulford of Rhode Island, Dorothy Mulford of Maplecrest, Gail (John) Donahue of Rhode Island, Todd (Sherry) Mulford of Michigan, Jennifer (Bobby) Allen of Utica, Jeffery(Lisa) Buel of Johnstown, Christopher (Sherry) Shipes of North Carolina, and Crystal (Richard) Brennan of North Carolina; twenty-one great grandchildren, five great- great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews. She is predeceased by her husband George Mulford, her daughter Leone Buel and her son-in-law Mack Shipes. A funeral service was held on Thursday, October 3, 2013 at Decker Funeral Home, Windham with interment following at Pleasant Valley Cemetery.
