Laurien G. Fan

August 27, 1940 — December 13, 2023

Laurien Gail (Babcock) Fan long time resident of Altamont passed away peacefully on December 13th, 2023, in Albany. She was 83. Daughter of the late Edward and Florence Engdahl Babcock. Beloved wife of the late John Fan.

Laurien is survived by her children Sean T. Ward and Shannon T. Ward; Grandchildren Sean (Seamus) T Ward II, Savannah Ward, Devin Vinehout and Meghan Vinehout; and Great Grandchildren Sean Ward III, Maeve Ward, Grayson Vinehout and Kallen Vinehout. Additionally, Laurien is survived by her two sisters Joanna Fotheringham and Jacqueline Doane and a host of nieces and nephews.

A private memorial service will be held in memory of Laurien at a later date.

In lieu of flowers, kindly consider donations in Laurien's memory to the Trump 2024 campaign.

Funeral arrangements were entrusted to the Fredendall Funeral Home, Altamont.
