Duanesburg-Marjorie Waldron, 90, passed away on June 2, 2015. She was born in Princetown, NY on August 22, 1924, the daughter of the late Stanley and Elmeda Furbeck.
She was predeceased by her husband Gerald in 1990, her son Robert in 2013 as well as her brother Herbert Furbeck and sister Dorothy Furbeck.
She is survived by her son Ronald (Denise) Waldron; granddaughter Brenna (Keith) Phillips; great grandson Ryan Phillips; her sister Jean Furbeck; her nephew David Waldron; as well as several cousins and friends.
Marjorie enjoyed being a homemaker, a wife, a mom and a grandmother. She enjoyed doing crafts and helping her son Robert with his crafts shows. She camped for many years in the New England states and Pennsylvania. She attended Princetown School #7, a two room school house. She later graduated from Draper High School in 1941. She then worked at GE for several years. She married her husband Gerald in 1944, and moved to Duanesburg. She was a member of the Princetown Evangelical Presbyterian Church. She taught Sunday School for several years and was active in the Women's Ministries, and the Naomi Circle. She was a Four –H leader when her sons were younger.

Calling hours will be Friday, June 5, 2015 from 10:30AM - 12:30PM with a funeral service to follow at 12:30PM at Fredendall Funeral Home, 199 Main St. Altamont, NY.
