Mary C. Page

Mary C. Page, age 95, went to heaven on Monday, June 1, 2026, after a brief illness. Mary was born on July 6, 1930 at home in the Village of Altamont, where she lived her entire life. Mary was the daughter of Anthony and Josephine Femia.

Mary graduated from Altamont High School and went to work shortly after at Dun & Bradstreet as a typist until her retirement. Mary was kind and generous to everyone and attended church weekly until a few years ago when her health began to decline. She enjoyed going on trips with her husband, bowling, cooking, and spending time with her friends and family.

Mary is survived by her brother Peter Femia (Valerie), 8 nieces and nephews, 8 great nieces and nephews, a great-great niece, a great-great nephew, and dozens of cousins. Mary is predeceased by her husband of 42 years, Donald Page; brothers Joseph Femia and Fiore Femia; and sister Rose Martin.

The family would like to thank the nursing staff on the 6th floor at St. Peter's Hospital for their kindness and compassionate care provided during the final moments of Mary's life and her dear cousin Jason Orsini who checked on Mary every day over the last few years after she became housebound.

A Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated for Mary in St. Lucy's / St. Bernadette's Church, 109 Grand Street, Altamont, at 10:30am Thursday June 4th. Interment will immediately follow in Fairview Cemetery, Altamont.
