Patricia A. Vanderwarker

Patricia A. Vanderwarker of Berne passed away peacefully in Albany on Saturday December 27th, 2025. Daughter of the late Francis and Mamie Deavers Sady. Beloved wife of Marcus Vanderwarker.

Pat was a retiree of Little Falls Hospital where she worked as a secretary for many years and also worked at the Pine Crest Bible College. Pat welcomed Jesus Christ into her heart as her Lord and Savior and was a long time parishioner at the Rock Road Chapel in Berne.

In addition to her husband Pat is survived her children by Craig Grant, Kimberly (Loren) Horender, Christopher Stutts, Jeremiah Stutts and Cassie (Justin) Leffingwell; her brother Francis "Tom" Sady and 10 grandchildren; Jared and Kristy Grant, Paige and Preston Horender, Jasmine, Austin, and Brooke Stutts, Miah and Mason Stutts and Evan Leffingwell. Additionally Pat is survived by her nephew Brian (Jae) Sady and niece Jennifer (Vincent) Petrangelo.

Pat is predeceased by her sister Rebecca Sady and her granddaughter T'keyah Stutts.

A funeral service will be officiated by Rev. Jay T. Francis and celebrated for Pat in Rock Road Chapel, 96 Rock Road, Berne on Friday January 2nd at 12pm. Family and friends are invited to visit with Pat's family from 10-11:50am prior to the service. Interment will be in the spring in Ostrander Cemetery in Fort Plain.

Pat's family would like to extend a sincere thank you to Pastor Jay T. Francis and the entire Rock Road Chapel family for their kindness shown to Pat in her final years.
