Roger Lewis Bivins

Schenectady - Roger L. Bivins, 65, died unexpectedly on Wednesday, December 7, 2011. Born on December 2, 1946 in Berne, NY, he was the son of the late Peter and Martha Miller. He worked for Cappiello Dairy where he retired from after 25 years. He had also worked for the Mohonasen CDS as a bus monitor. He loved trains and was an avid ghost hunter. He was always avaliable to help a friend. Roger is survived by a daughter Jennifer L. Bivins, a son Marc Bivins and a granddaughter Brooke Lorenia Bivins. He is also survived by many cousins and close friends Joseph and Michele Graffagnino, Anthony and Julia Costello. A funeral service will be held at 10 AM on Monday December 12, 2011 at Fredendall Funeral Home, Altamont, followed by an interment in Woodlawn Cemetery, Berne. Friends may call Sunday December 11, 2011 from 2 PM to 6 PM at the Fredendall Funeral Home. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to American Diabetes Association P.O.
