Guilderland
William M. Hofmann of Guilderland passed away following a long illness on Friday, October 30th, 2026 in St. Peter's Hospital in Albany. Son of late John and Mildred Dexter Hofmann.
William was an avid New York Giants and NASCAR fan and enjoyed his free time watching those sporting events at home. When not watching football or NASCAR, Bill enjoyed Stephen King books and playing video games.
William is survived by his daughters Jessica and Sara Hofmann; his sister Janet Swider and a host of nieces and nephews.
Family and friends are invited and may call on Thursday November 5th from 5-7pm in the Fredendall Funeral Home, 199 Main Street, Altamont.
